Common household and bulky items
General household loads can include boxes, loose clutter, garage or shed contents, sofas, mattresses, tables, shelving and disconnected appliances. List unusually large, fragile or heavy pieces separately.
If an item needs to pass through a narrow doorway, stairwell or lift, include that in the access notes.
Green and renovation material
Manageable branches, palm fronds, garden cuttings and bagged green waste can be assessed. Large logs, stumps, soil and mixed landscaping loads should be called out clearly.
Non-hazardous timber offcuts, fixtures, cabinetry and packaging may also be suitable. Dense masonry, concrete and contaminated building material need separate confirmation.
Items to identify before booking
Asbestos, chemicals, fuels, gas bottles and other hazardous or regulated materials are not ordinary mixed-load items. Paint, batteries, tyres and e-waste may also have particular handling routes.
If you are unsure what something is, send a photo and description. Do not place an unidentified material inside a bag or box and assume it can travel with the rest.
