What this website collects

When you submit the quote form, the website collects the service type, suburb or postcode, your name, mobile number and any job notes you choose to provide.

Why it is collected

The information is used to understand your rubbish removal enquiry, respond to you, clarify the job and arrange the next step where appropriate.

How submissions are handled

Quote submissions travel through the website hosting and form-delivery services to a private destination inbox. Those providers process the submitted information and technical request data as part of hosting the site, preventing misuse and delivering the enquiry.

Technical information

Hosting providers may automatically process information such as the request time, IP address, browser type, requested page and security events in ordinary server logs. This website does not currently add advertising trackers, customer accounts or online payment processing.

Service providers and location

Website, infrastructure and form-delivery providers may process information on systems located outside the Tweed region or outside Australia. Their own privacy and security terms also apply to that processing.

Retention

An enquiry may remain in delivery logs and the destination inbox while it is being handled and for ordinary business administration. Do not use the form as storage for information that is unrelated to a rubbish removal request.

Security

The form uses a same-site submission route so the private destination address is not exposed in the page. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so only send the information needed to assess the job.

What to avoid sending

Do not submit payment-card details, account passwords, identity documents or other sensitive personal information through the quote form.

Access, correction or a privacy concern

Submit a new request with “privacy request” in the job notes if you need to ask about, correct or raise a concern about a previous website enquiry. Include the same mobile number and enough detail to identify the earlier request without repeating unnecessary personal information.

Website updates

This notice may be updated when the website, enquiry process or service providers change. The latest version will remain on this page.
